HANDLING WAREHOUSE INVENTORY

When your responsibility is to act as an inventory manager for multiple clients it takes knowledge, experience, quality personnel and the ability to retain complete control of everything that moves in and out of your facility. That requires a software program that helps the warehouse manager and client monitor, process and track the products.

This program is designed to do the following:

• Enter Pre-Arrival shipment information prior to physical receipt of freight.
• Receive cargo as a Warehouse Receipt.
• Process Warehouse Transfers of goods between clients in-house.
• Create a Product Release composed of 1 or more products from 1 or more warehouse receipts.
• Generate the Reports necessary to track the record of all products moving in, out and thru the warehouse
• Master Files are built and maintained for Shippers - Consignees - Suppliers - Products
• Shipments/Product can be Tracked in various ways (W/R# - Release# - IT# - Shipper - Consignee - Pieces - Zone# - Arrival Date - Departure Date)
